Surf Ride Events – Where Good Times Roll
At Surf Ride, we don’t just sell surfboards—we build community. Throughout the year, we host a variety of events that bring people together to celebrate surf culture, art, music, and good vibes. From beach cleanups and surf contests to art shows and summer kickbacks, we love any excuse to get the crew together and have some fun.

Camp Shred
March 7-8th 2026
Camp Shred is the worlds largest surf demo taking place March 7-8th 2026 at San Elijo Campgrounds in Cardiff, CA
Camp Shred IS THE largest surf demo IN THE WORLD.
Camp Shred brings the best brands to the consumer in a fun festival-like atmosphere at San Elijo CampGrounds in Cardiff By The Sea. Camp Shred is the only place in the world where not only can you interact with all your favorite brands from the surf industry, you can actually try out the products as well. We have thousands of products from the best surfboards, wetsuits and accessories in the surf industry. Camp Shred also features live music, a beer/alcohol garden, an outlander vehicle area and local food trucks.
As always, Camp Shred is free to the public. The event opens both days at 8 am and closes at Sunset.
Free Surf Demos start at 8 am each day and close at 4 pm on Saturday and 3 pm on Sunday.
Camp Shred will have over 50 of the best brands in surfing to see and try out.
Be sure to also stop by the #CampVan area to see the latest vans and outlander gear.
After your session, makes sure to stop by and enjoy a cold drink in the beer garden.
Beer Garden opens at 11:30 am each day and closes at sunset.
Camp Shred also features a live music stage and food trucks from local restaurants.

Santa’s heading back from his Hawaiian getaway sunburned, stuffed with shave ice, and totally stoked! He’s making a special pit stop at Surf Ride for a day of high fives, holiday laughs, and photos with all his favorite groms and grown ups!
