Hawaii and Alaska:
All 2nd Day and Next Day packages are sent via United Parcel Service (UPS).
An additional $5.95 charge is applied to orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska.
Standard Shipping orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

U.S. Territories:
All packages are sent Standard Shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS).
SurfRide.com ships to U.S. Territories including, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Palau, US Virgin Islands and Guam.

APO and FPO Addresses:
All packages are sent Standard Shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS).
Orders will typically arrive within 7-10 business days.
Tracking numbers are not issued for shipments to APO and FPO addresses.

P.O. Boxes:
All packages are sent Standard Shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS).

Shipping Internationally:
All packages are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS).
At this time, we currently only ship Surf Ride brand merchandise internationally.
Tracking numbers are not issued for International orders.
Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
SurfRide.com does not collect import duties and taxes and cannot predict these particular charges. These duties and taxes are not included with the freight calculation and are the responsibility of the customer.

In Stock Items:
Merchandise in stock is usually processed and shipped within 24 hours. If the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock, we will try to special order it from the manufacturer. We will notify you by email and phone of the expected shipping time or if we are unable to special order the selected merchandise.
